GlennView’s True Colors class was an impactful eye opener for our Corporate Staff. The class presented to our team the various personalities that exist, how to identify their own personality, and most importantly how to communicate and motivate others with a personality different from their own. It was obvious by her ease of teaching the class that Tracey was very knowledgeable, comfortable and had taught the class multiple times due to the way she navigated the subject matter and involved the various individuals participating in the class. I firmly believe our staff has better interpersonal interactions with one another now and understands how to present information and issues to others in a manner that mitigates conflict. We will definitely have Tracey teach this same class to other employees within our organization.

I've worked with Tracey and the GlennView Team for the last five years, and they've been a joy to work with. I am the Principal of a large Junior High School in Missouri with around 600 students annually, and our entire staff is trained in True Colors. The True Colors personality profile is so effective because it's relatable and relevant for staff members. I had the pleasure of being included in a recent strategic planning retreat for the SEMO Alliance for Disability Independence where I served as a member of the board. Our retreat was led by Tracey Glenn. I found Tracey to be extremely organized and acutely focused on the end result of our process. With nearly 80 stakeholders involved in the session, it would have been easy to get 'lost in the weeds' with individual departments' priorities; however, Tracey did an excellent job keeping the meeting on track. I had the opportunity to work with Jeff on two occasions. The first was at the annual Transportation Construction Coalition Fly-In held in Washington, DC. Jeff is well known in Washington political circles and has an excellent comprehension of how Washington works. He was a great asset to have on our team as we lobbied congress to pass a new highway bill. My second opportunity to work with Jeff was when he coordinated the very first Missouri Transportation Construction Coalition Drive-In. Jeff was able to bring together a lot of people across industry lines in a short period of time. His timeliness and expertise helped our industry have a very successful lobby day at the State Capitol. I would highly recommend Jeff for any political need you may have.
