And it includes a pre-training meeting to discuss and get up to speed if there are any issues that we may need to know about going into the training…. As well as a short debrief meeting after the training, for us to share any observations and take-aways for you to consider in the future.
Since we know that results really matter, we also give all the participants a pre- and post- test, gauging their awareness and understanding on diversity and inclusion, so that you can see the measurable results at the end of the training.
